Affordable Housing

Between 2013 and 2024, Fenton Whelan delivered over £16 million for affordable housing. We provided the local authorities with the option of delivered sites or payments towards projects delivered by others.

IN 2025 and beyond, Fenton Whelan have commitments for a further £4 million in affordable housing which will be delivered according to signed agreements with the Councils.
