PROJECT TEAM SELECTION
Over the last 40 years our team has amassed significant experience working with many of London’s key architectural, project and cost management and specialist consultants. We are able to procure and appoint the right resource and blend of consultants to form a design team with the sector expertise to deliver successful outcomes.

PLANNING OVERSIGHT
The DM team have worked with the majority of London’s 33 boroughs, local planning teams and the Greater London Authority on complex masterplans and developments. We provide an informed planning oversight strategy to advance and respond to client and stakeholder requirements.

We have worked with many local authorities, officers and councillors to understand and advance common goals and also to resolve diverging needs as part of the development pre-application planning process. We have also worked extensively with Transport for London, London Underground and other principal stakeholders and resident groups. We act as the “front line” through individual meetings or as part of a wider community engagement and consultation process.
